Unable to Restore NPRINTING 17.1 Backup

hi all,

i tried to restore backup from nprinting 17.1 to nprinting 17.1

i have this error

Qlik.NPrinting.Manager  17.1.1.0        Qlik.NPrinting.Manager.Strategy.RestoreStrategy 20161209T150132.366+07:00       ERROR   WIN-H380KQOQJ1S         0      0       0       0       0       0       0       0       Error undoing command type: RestoreCompositeCommand.↓Error: The given key was not present in the dictionary.
