Warning message when a Nprinting service is stopped

I have a problem with a Nprinting service (Scheduller service) that stops, I have already identified this error, however I need in what is fixed this identify by means of some message or alert when this service stops.

Is there any way to receive an alert or message to notify me when this service has stopped?
