Windows Security screen keeps popping up

Hi All,  

Need some expertise from community.  We have new server - windows 2022, and I was able to install Feb 2024 without an error till I tried to start web console.  Windows Security keeps throwing me into a loop; even though,  I am using service account to log in.  Service account is admin and has logon service security on. I am not sure what is blocking it.  Does anyone know why?  Both network folks are not seeing any problem on their side and I am not sure why either.

It is likely that you haven't mapped your domain account to your Nprinting user account.

To perform this update and if you are the NPrinting administrator, you will need to log into NPrinting with the account - email address and password - that you installed NPrinting with. This is the default NP admin user account after initial installation.

You need to use that NPrinting security information here (not the blue windows log in button).
