Wrong timezone when importing users from Active Directory

Hi.

We are running Qlik NPrinting June 2019 Version: 19.19.4.0.

I have configured some import tasks for import of users from Active Directory.
Import of users and groups are working fine.
The problem is that it convert all users to timezone UTC.
In the import log file it says:
"The not supported time zone has been automatically converted to UTC."
And the user is set to UTC timezone. What i want is Europe/Oslo or CET+1.

Any hot tips?

Regards,

Hermod

Hi

I have now tried to setup one import task for each AD group.

The import works fine. And, Actually the user are imported now with the right timezone.

Somehow the import job detects the local timezone and sett it right for us.

20190926123829 Info Importing USER with name 'Nprint User' : The not supported time zone has been automatically converted to Europe/Oslo.

And Europe/Oslo is the one i want.

Now all users have the right groups and roles in Nprinting when importing.

We are runnning NPrinting September 2019
