can we fetch recipients from database to NPrinting 17.6?

Hi All, we have created table for Recipient list country wise in the database when we used NPrinting 16 version and using Qlik Entity report we have been importing all recipients list which are associated with filters. Now we are using latest version NPrinting 17.6 version and developed reports without any issues but how to configure recipients list country wise automatically instead of manual process. Please suggest solution on this

Hi,

You could:

1 - Export the recipients to an Excel file with the correct structure to be imported in Qlik NPrinting 17. Refer to Importing users with filters and groups ‒ Qlik NPrinting and be sure to met exactly the file format. Qlik NPrinting 17 can import users from Excel but the file must have this structure, you cannot yet map fields like you did in NPrinting 16. Maybe you can import the recipients table in a QlikView document and export to Excel by creating an NPrinting report.

2 - use the Qlik NPrinting APIs to develop a custom solution. Refer to Extending Qlik NPrinting ‒ Qlik NPrinting

Ruggero
