move NPrinting Pixelperfect reports between a Dev and Prod Server

Hello,

If a customer purchases two copies of NPrinting (Development & Production) what is the procedure to move a report from Development to Production.  For Qlik Sense we can do an export, import.

We will be using PixelPerfect and Excel.

Thanks,

Michael

Hi,

It is documented in details at the page https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2021/Content/NPrinting/AdministeringQVNprinting/Import-expo...

This is the procedure to export one report template at a time and import it in the second installation. If you have many report templates you have to repeat the procedure for each one.

If you want to clone the whole environment you can backup the source and restore it in the destination. This will create a perfect clone, means that the destination is cleaned of all old entities.

Best Regards,

Ruggero
