A task with SQL Server as source endpoint hit error "Use third-party backup device'

We switched to the Veeam backups on T-logs on SQL Servers. We have a task using SQL Server as en

Replicate encountered third-party backup files during preliminary processing. As the 'Use third-party backup device' option is currently disabled, these files will not be processed for changes.

We are on replicate version. May 2024 (2024.5.0.563)

How can we workaround it? I could not find the option 'Use third-party backup device' under parameter.

Hi @desmondchew 

Qlik Replicate is not able to read backup TLOG files that are not in decompressed native SQL Server format. Can you create a separate backup in default format that the Replicate server can access? If so, configure the location of that backup file on the advanced tab of the source endpoint in "Alternate Backup Folder:" field.
