Apply Exceptions Control table tick box always greyed out (disabled)

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble trying to enable the "Apply Exceptions" control table in task settings as the tick box is unticked and greyed out.

Does any one know what might be causing this? I have tried to export the task and updating the attribute "exception_table_enabled" to true then re-importing the task however this did not work.

The documentation seems to indicate this is by default enabled:

Any help is much appreciated!

Hello @kwc ,

Welcome to Qlik Community forum and thanks for reaching out here!

In general the Apply Exceptions Control Table is enabled by default, you need not to enable it manually. A sample:

Would you please share what's your source and target endpoints types? We'd like to confirm the behavior for you.

To add more to Jhon Comment we would require Source and target info to check and viability of Control tables during configuration of Qlik Tasks.
