Dose qlik support table( Column level ) CDC, so basically only if particular column value changes, it should replicate the data to target table.

Besides @DesmondWOO 's comments, if you want to set the task to Capture only Changed Field(s) then please have a look at Qlik Replicate | Store Changes | Capture only Changed Field.
