Character Substitution - Remove Carriage Returns

Hello!  We are trying to remove carriage returns from a file and replace it with space.  We are going from Oracle to ADLS Gen 2, export to CSV.   The HEX value is:  0D0A.  Everything we try does not want to remove the carriage return.

What happens is when we process the file into parque, it creates additional rows.  This is on both the historical load and csv load.

Can anyone help?

Both OD and 0A should be replaced by space, like:
