[Db2 for iSeries source] Divide journal each endpoint.

Hello support team.

[Info]
Source DB : Db2 for iSeries

[Question]
Following limitation is exists.
"All tables must be in the same journal"
https://help.qlik.com/en-US/replicate/November2023/Content/Global_Common/Content/SharedReplicateHDD/...

If source endpoint is divided, is it possible to specify different journal each endpoint?

For example,
Below, is it possible to create 10 source endpoint and specify each journal?
・150 schema exists on Db2 for iSeries.
・200 tables exists on each schema.
・journal is specified individually each 15 schema. (10 journal in all)

Best Regards.

Hi @iti-attunity-sup ,

DB2 for iSeries endpoint allows only one journal to be defined. If your customer has 10 different journals, they must define 10 separate endpoints. However, it is important to note that having 10 source endpoints accessing simultaneously may result in heavy loading on the AS400.

Regards,
Desmond
