Potential bug in the logs

I was reading through some logs and noticed that for about 1 minute, the log levels for multiple different log types automatically kept changing.

I forgot to mention that this was a one off occurrence, I will try to find other occurrences if they exist.

I have never encountered this issue before. Additionally, I also can't find related issues in the support system or any relevant fixes. If issue occurs again, please submit a support ticket and provide following information:

1. Diagnostic package
2. task log
3. Repository json file (execute "repctl exportRepository")
