Does Qlik replicate have any high availability mechanism? if yes, how can Qlik replicate apply high availability?

Yes, Replicate supports high availability mechanisms, either for the Replicate engine itself or while working with an SQL High Availability for  example, find more information here:

https://help.qlik.com/en-US/replicate/November2022/Content/Global_Common/Content/SharedReplicateHDD/...

 

Depending on the endpoint you're using, you can check in the User Guide the section for HA accordingly to your endpoint.
