Created one new column for changing datatype after that create one column for performing some operation.
I tried to drop first created column by global transformation but not worked.
Please guide on this.

Hello,
You can remove the column from Replicate via the transform tab.
Go to Designer > highlight the table > table settings > transform
On the output columns, highlight the column you wish to remove and select <

Since you created a column using Global Transformation, the column will exist only on the target side so you have to manually drop the column after removing the Global Transformation from the task.

"not worked" - was there a (error) message? What steps did you take to verify it 'not worked'? Specifically did you force a reload with drop + create on
