Hi everyone,
We need to setup a new source endpoint for PostgreSQL flexible server on Azure.
I check documentation and found only Capturing changes from Microsoft Azure for PostgreSQL.
Is there any difference in the requirements on the source side since it is Flexible server?
Our Postgres DBA saying there is no pg_hba.conf configuration file where he can add the IP adress of the Qlik machine.
Hello @eksmirnova ,
I'm afraid I have not too much experience on that, please check if this helps:

Hello @eksmirnova ,
Welcome to community again!
I do not think so there are major differences in the requirements however it's some different in some places, eg file "pg_hba.conf" is invisible in Flexible Server because Azure Database for PostgreSQL is a managed database service, users are not provided host or OS access to view or modify configuration files. The content of the files is automatically updated based on the network settings. You DBA may manage that via the Azure portal I think.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
John.
Hi @john_wang
Could you please provide more details how to configure the networks settings that manage the pg_hba.conf?
