How to avoid or resolve ORA-01555 snapshot too old error

We have a handful (3-5 tables) of huge tables coming from Oracle into Snowflake. These tables are about 50mil-500mil records in size. It takes about 30hours-50hours to run. Whenever it reaches about 98-99% it failed with ORA-01555 snapshot too old error and we have to rerun the task.

Is there a way to see how much undo tablespace is required? We have allocated 200GB of free space, total of 500GB undo assigned.
