Hi @indrasaptaalldata

From the error screenshot, It appears that the mentioned user is locked:

"User BRICDC on system has been disabled"

Kindly verify if the IP address displayed in the screenshot belong to DB2 iseries and contact iSeries dba to enable the Replicate user.

Let us know if this helps! or provide repsrv logs to troubleshoot.

Best Regards,
Geetha

Hello @indrasaptaalldata

As Geetha Mentioned, we don't see any error or Access denied information in the log.

If the issue is still occurring kindly set SOURCE_CAPTURE to TRACE/VERBOSE to check why Access denied issue is coming from Source.

And also look for repsrv.log for any connection issue related information.

Regards,

Suresh

Hi Geetha,

Now the issue has been resolved after the DB2 Team reset the user's pass.
The user's concern is that there is a problem in Qlik for configuration or something trying to access the source, so DB2 disables access.

Hi @indrasaptaalldata

This must be due Source configuration, Replicate would not cause locking of the account once its added and saved on the Endpoint connection.

We recommend you to check with source team or to investigate further please create a support case and attach repsrv logs.

Best Regards,
Geetha
