Hello Experts,
I have some questions regarding Java script error shown in Qlik Replicate Web Console.
In the Qlik Replicate Web Console, open 2 tasks (e.g. Task#A and Task#B) and show Monitor tab of each task.
While switching the tab from Task#A to Task#B, the errors below appear in the console of Developer Tools of browser (Edge).
Qlik Replicate 2023.05
Edge 128.0.2739.67 (64-bit)
angular.min.js:129 TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'artifacts_cleanup_enabled')
at $scope.canDeleteProcessedChangeDataPartitions (monitoringCtrl.js:1:24171)
at Object.render_if (monitoringCtrl.js:1:6998)
at fn (eval at compile (angular.min.js:253:164), <anonymous>:4:375)
at m.$digest (angular.min.js:153:263)
at m.$apply (angular.min.js:156:484)
at k (angular.min.js:107:445)
at v (angular.min.js:113:40)
at y.onload (angular.min.js:113:464)
Questions :
1. Will the above error affect any functionality of Qlik Replicate?
2. Are there any workarounds for these messages? Or can we safely ignore the messages?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Regards,
Kyoko Tajima
Hello Tajima-san, @iti-attunity-sup
Seems we did not experience such issue in recent major versions. Would you please clean the browser cache, or start browser in incognito mode, or change another browser or even try access Replicate console from a different machine to see if it makes difference.
Regards,
John.
Hello @john_wang
Thank you for your quick response.
I can reproduce the issue in-house. Unfortunately, I’ve confirmed that your suggestions didn’t resolve it.
Here’s what I tried:
Specifically, I tested on Edge 128.0.2739.79 (Windows Server 2019 / Windows 11) and Chrome 129.0.6668.59.
The problem seems to occur when switching to the 'Monitor' tab (not the 'Designer' tab). So far, it doesn’t appear to affect task operations, but I’m wondering if these errors could cause any problems.
Are there any concerns when the issue occurred? Or is it safe to ignore them?
Regards,
Kyoko Tajima
Hello Tajima-san, @iti-attunity-sup
Thank you for the update. The issue cannot be reproduced using Replicate 2023.5.0.213 with Chrome 129.0.6668.59 during regular tasks. I opened more than three tasks in my daily workflow and switched between them, but no similar issues were encountered.
Based on the error message, it seems that your tasks involve SAP endpoints. I recommend opening a support ticket and providing the diagnostic packages for the tasks in question. Our support team will be happy to assist you further.
Regards,
John.
