Hi All,
Our LSS Source task is failing and not capturing any CDC with below error:

Source DB: Oracle DB 19c version (Last night July 2024 patch was applied).
Qlik Release: May 2024 (2024.5.0.144)
We have two LSS Source task on same Oracle DB, where one is running fine but other one is failing with above mentioned error.
Interestingly enough we are seeing a similar error with Db2 LUW source and Kafka target in 2024.5.0-316:
2024-08-22T16:44:53.145077664Z 00000285: 2024-08-22T16:44:53 [INFRASTRUCTURE ]E: Process crashed with signal 11, backtrace: !{/opt/attunity/replicate/lib/at_base.so!4db3bd,/opt/attunity/replicate/lib/at_base.so!3a3938,/opt/attunity/replicate/lib/at_base.so!505053,/usr/lib64/libc.so.6!3e6f0,/opt/attunity/replicate/lib/libarepcustom.so!4a8a3,/opt/attunity/replicate/lib/at_base.so!363524,/opt/attunity/replicate/lib/at_base.so!36573f,/opt/attunity/replicate/lib/at_base.so!369a6f,/opt/attunity/replicate/lib/libarepbase.so!5b61cc,/opt/attunity/replicate/lib/libarepbase.so!60f586,/opt/attunity/replicate/lib/libarepbase.so!6ae6e5,/opt/attunity/replicate/lib/libarepbase.so!59deca,/opt/attunity/replicate/lib/libarepbase.so!779786,/usr/lib64/libc.so.6!89c02,/usr/lib64/libc.so.6!10ded4,}! [1000100] (at_system_posix.c:575)
I wonder if the fix that was applied is more generic than Oracle (i.e. it was applied to an independent class? rather than the oracle endpoint class?)
Hello @Vegy ,
The issue is in common base module rather than a specific endpoint, the fix covers all endpoints.
Thanks,
John.
Are you able to share 2024.5.0-357 as the link you previously sent only had 2024.5.0-316?
Hi
I have the same error but i am running V2024.11.0.273 Qlik replicate (Linux rhel8), Oracle Client version: 19.10.0.0.0, please advise
Kagiso
We have upgraded replicate ver 2024.5.0.563 on system. The same issue has been resolved in the Replicate 2024.5.0.563 patch please help on this.
Hello Team, we are on 2025.5.0.454 and our Oracle DBA confirmed we have supplemental logging enabled on all columns for the tables we replicate. We are getting the task crash error. Is there a resolution for this issue:

Hi @kamal0475
Although the error is similar to the original one on this thread, it most likely has a different root cause as you are using a later version of Qlik Replicate.
What is the full version number of Oracle on the source? Select * from V$Version;
What is the full version number of the Oracle client on the Replicate server? Is it the full client or the instant client?
We may need for you to open a support case to troubleshoot this as we have no way of escalating this to our internal support team from a Community post if needed. Please provide the items listed here on the case:
Troubleshooting Replicate Crashes
Thanks,
Dana
Hello Dana, we have a ticket open, but on the side I am trying to get some help. Below are the version details:
Oracle DB version: 19.28.0.0.0
Oracle client version we installed on the Qlik replicate server is: 19.3.0.0.0.
Hi @kamal0475
I can find no known issues running Qlik Replicate version 2025.5.0.454 and Oracle 19.28.
Please follow up with us via the support case you have open to avoid duplication of effort. If you are not satisfied with the service you are receiving you can escalate the case following the guidance here:
How to escalate a support case - Qlik Community - 1713475
Thanks,
Dana
Sure Dana. I will follow up with the support. Thank you for your quick response.
