Dear Support,
One of our client have an issue for around 20 task that the latency are increase in task. Usually in normal process, data is enter to kafka for certain time became double ( normal process is about 1 hour to 2 hours, but in the certain time, let say after lunch time, the latency become 3 - 4 hours).
Many reason can happened in this issue, but can you help us, what exactly the cause of the raise of latency in their client. So we also have any other proof about their latency issue.
I also attached the log file and diagnostic package to help you to analyze the issue.
and another issue ( the question from the client) is, why Qlik replicate is always create a select directly to table in the middle of process of CDC instead of read the log file to process the CDC?
