License for QLIK Replicate

I have a Signed License Key for QLIK replicate which I am trying to apply to it using server>license tab but the apply button is still not highlighted after entering the Signed License Key. Can someone please help me in sorting this issue.

Hi @gopiL ,

That's a Qlik catalog license (A different QDI product), The same license cannot be applied to Qlik replicate.

Please check with your internal contact who shared the catalog license to provide replicate license file (or) connect with your account manager.

You cannot use Qlik Catalog license for Qlik Replicate, please open a support case with license delivery team who will guide you further. kindly refer the below link which guides you how to open a support case.

Hello Gopil,

Can you please check the role you have granted for the user you are using to update the license. You can refer the below link for User permissions details.

Hi @gopiL ,

Only Admin user can register the license in Qlik replicate as confirmed by @Yadunandan 

Qlik replicate license will not include SLK usually, It will be a text file with validity. Verify if the specific license is for Qlik replicate or for other Qlik products.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am actually logged in as admin and trying to apply the license. But as @Geetha mentioned I didn't receive any license file for the qlik replicate but received a mail from the QLIK account system having the fields  

Product

License Product Name

License Key

Signed License Key

Incremental Quantity

Total/Summarized Assets to License Keys

Subscription Start Date

Subscription End Date

Amendment Start Date

 

as a table list. I am not sure how to proceed further. If you can help me with the further steps then it would be really great.

Also I just realised that in the Product field it was mentioned Qlik Data Integration Platform and License Product Name as Qlik Catalog, not sure if the above description refers to the QLIK replicate or if its license of a completely different product.
