Qlik Replicate Task Notification - Latency is higher than [N] seconds

I want to ask about task notification with event type "Latency is higher than [N] seconds".

Does the notification only apply to CDC tasks or can it also be used for Full Load tasks?

The Latency notification is only applicable for CDC events.
