Qlik Replicate: connection with Salesforce

Qlik Replicate connect with Salesforce, there are 2 options to connect

But salesforce as endpoint is not visible while requesting a new license:

How to apply for license to get salesforce as endpoint?

Also, can Replicate capture the hard delete and soft delete from Salesforce?

Hello @TNJ ,

The option to request a license from the Qlik Replicate GUI is no longer supported. For any licensing inquiries or requests, please contact your Qlik account manager or sales representative.

Regarding your question, could you please provide the object name and additional details so we can better assist you? Are you meaning the rows with "IsDeleted= TRUE"?

Yes, the rows with "IsDeleted=TRUE" are soft deletes.

  • Soft Delete: When you delete records, they move to the Recycle Bin, and they can be restored. The records remain in the Recycle Bin for 15 days, after which they are deleted permanently.

  • Hard Delete: The records are permanently removed from Salesforce and become unrecoverable. Hard deletion bypasses the Recycle Bin.

So, can Qlik capture both Soft and Hard deletes, as well as rows restored from Soft delete?
