We're moving out Qlik Replicate systems to the latest version on new servers. Last week I submitted a license request. What can I do to speed the process?
What's your ticket number?
All I have is the automated acknowledgement for the request with a recommendation to open a ticket, but I don't see the place on this site to open a ticket.

I've set the priority of the case as urgent.
