Qlik replicate license request

Hi,

We're moving out Qlik Replicate systems to the latest version on new servers.  Last week I submitted a license request.  What can I do to speed the process?

All I have is the automated acknowledgement for the request with a recommendation to open a ticket, but I don't see the place on this site to open a ticket.

There is a "Create Support Case" button here: Case Portal - Qlik Community

For help on viewing existing cases: How to view cases in Support Portal - Qlik Community - 1717144
