When I make changes to the table in target source, say for example, insert new record, update record and delete record, how do I track and show the changes that has been made to the table? Also, how do I display/show the old and new table?
Hi,
I'd like to clarify where the changes are being done in reality, you mentioned "changes to the table in target source", so I'm not sure which one are you actually making a change on?
Either way I think you're talking about changes on the Source side, and in that case you can see CDC information using the monitor of the Replicate UI, more info here:
Regarding this: "Also, how do I display/show the old and new table?" I believe that what you need would be to keep track of all the changes, then the Store Changes option here would be best, more info here:
Hope this helps, let us know if this is what you're looking for.
Regards,
Pedro
Hi @Nadzmi96
In case what you are looking for is statistical data about the number and type of changes to tables, you might look into what our Enterprise Manager product can provide:
Qlik Enterprise Manager – Data Ingestion Management | Qlik

Hi,
This could be solved by enabling "Store Changes" in the task settings. You can see the operation that was made on the source and you can see the before image and after image of the record.
I have a screen shot of this below.
Please let me know if this helps out.
Thanks,
Michael
Hi Pedro, apologies for the confusion. I am referring to this link - https://www.qlik.com/us/products/qlik-replicate and the video in the screenshot below.
As per screenshot below, there is a “1” under update column for Northwind – customers table. I understand that “1” represents that there is an update/change in record in customers table. Does Qlik Replicate provide the capability that I can show the old customers table and new customers table, as well as display the history information of what record has been inserted, deleted and updated?
Thanks,
Best Regards,
Nadzmi Nizam
Hi Nadzmi,
I believe that in this case as you want to keep old changes and check the before&after images of rows, the Store Changes are the way to go as mentioned by Michael Litz and myself above, please find here more information on the Store Changes functionality:
Hope this helps.

Pedro
