Snowpipe streaming - Apply changes

It seems snow pipe streaming can only support full load as it requires change processing to be turned off in the task settings. 

Is there a way to apply changes using snow pipe streaming method? Any work around or solutions?

IN this scenario, the Store Changes mode is supported.
