source : oracle database
target : kafka.
server version : Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.10 (Ootpa)
Could you please let us know how to resolve this issue?
Hello @naveenshagala ,
Could you please provide the following additional information to help us investigate the issue?
What is the Oracle database version?
If you are running Oracle 19.24 (July RU), please note that a newer version of Qlik Replicate is required due to compatibility changes.
What is the Qlik Replicate version?
We recommend using Qlik Replicate 2025.11 SP05 if you are running old versions.
When did the issue first occur?
Did it occur immediately in a new environment?
Or did the environment run successfully for some time before the error appeared? If so, were there any recent changes (e.g., database patching, Replicate upgrade, infrastructure changes, configuration changes)?
Which endpoint is causing the crash?
Is the crash triggered by the Oracle source endpoint or the target endpoint?
To help isolate the issue, you can perform the following tests:
Use a different source endpoint with the same Kafka target and check whether the issue persists.
Use the Oracle source endpoint with a Null Device target and verify whether the issue still occurs.
If you need further assistance, please open a Qlik Support case and include verbose logs collected while reproducing the issue.
Hope this helps.
John.

Hello @naveenshagala ,
Thanks for the information. However, I've removed the attachments because they may contain sensitive information. Please open a Qlik Support case and attach the necessary files and relevant details there so they can be handled securely.
By the way, could you confirm whether the issue still occurs after replacing the Kafka target with a Null Device target? This is an important troubleshooting step, as it helps determine whether the issue originates from the source endpoint or the target endpoint.
thanks,
John.
