Task crashed with error: Process crashed with signal 11 (continuation)

Hi team,
one of our task crashed when we tried to run it.

Oracle database version : Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production
target : kafka
Qlik Replicate version : 2026.5.0.169.
server version : Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.10 (Ootpa)

I have tested with null target, the task is running and data is replicating. When i tried to run with kafka target, its not working and log shows below error

02523238: 2026-07-28T00:27:00 [INFRASTRUCTURE ]E: Process crashed with signal 11, backtrace: !{/cdctools/attunity/replicate/lib/at_base.so!4f479d,/cdctools/attunity/replicate/lib/at_base.so!3b9d78,/cdctools/attunity/replicate/lib/at_base.so!51e663,/lib64/libc.so.6!4e630,/cdctools/attunity/replicate/lib/libarepqueue.so!a471e,/cdctools/attunity/replicate/lib/libarepqueue.so!a5159,/cdctools/attunity/replicate/lib/libarepbase.so!5a32f6,/cdctools/attunity/replicate/lib/libarepbase.so!5ae19e,/cdctools/attunity/replicate/lib/libarepbase.so!5e8d6a,/cdctools/attunity/replicate/lib/libarepbase.so!800a16,/lib64/libpthread.so.0!81ca,/lib64/libc.so.6!39953,}! Could you please let us know how to resolve this issue?

Hello,

From the above information it indicates that the Oracle source appears to be functioning correctly and the issue is likely occurring during processing related to the Kafka target.

To help narrow this down, could you share the following details?

  • Does the crash occur during Full Load, CDC, or both?
  • Is the Kafka endpoint using SSL authentication?
  • Which Kafka version are you connecting to?
  • Does the crash occur immediately after starting the task, or only after data starts being replicated?
  • Have there been any recent changes, such as a Qlik Replicate upgrade, Kafka upgrade, or configuration changes?

Hi, Please find the information below :

  • Does the crash occur during Full Load, CDC, or both?
    - we have observed this behaviour while resuming the task.
  • Is the Kafka endpoint using SSL authentication?
    - schema registry is having SSL
  • Which Kafka version are you connecting to?
    - Kafka Version - 1.34.8
  • Does the crash occur immediately after starting the task, or only after data starts being replicated?
    - yes when we resume the task, it will crash immediately
  • Have there been any recent changes, such as a Qlik Replicate upgrade, Kafka upgrade, or configuration changes?
    - yes kafka upgraded to above version few weeks back ago.

Hi,

Thank you for providing the details.

These findings indicate that the issue is likely related to the Kafka target rather than the Oracle source.

We recommend the following next steps:

  • Review any changes made during the Kafka upgrade, including SSL certificates, authentication settings, and endpoint configurations.
  • If possible, create a new Kafka target endpoint using the same connection settings to determine whether the issue is related to the existing endpoint metadata.

Because the issue is reproducible and results in a process crash, we recommend opening a Qlik Support case. Please include the following:

This information will help us perform a more detailed analysis and identify the underlying cause.
