scn not found in redo log

Quand je lance ma tâche replicate, je rencontre une erreur oracle, que je n'arrive pas a résoudre. 

Ci-dessous l'erreur : 

Stream component 'st_0_SRC_PR_ORA_8X' terminated
Stream component failed at subtask 0, component st_0_SRC_PR_ORA_8X
Error executing command
Failed to set stream position on context '0000003c.796b98e3.00000001.0000.00.0000:3657.56576.16'
The provided scn 0000003C796B98E3 is not found in Redo log, thread 1

Hello Team,

Post this error message. Qlik replicate also provide the redo/archive number which is required to start the task from stream position on context '0000003c.796b98e3.00000001.0000.00.0000:3657.56576.16  position.

Check for the mentioned archive or redo logs is available in the location mentioned in the Endpoint settings.

@SushilKumar  I must enable the option " Use archived redo logs only" in Endpoint settings ?

Hello Team,

Does the Archive is available at archive location, or it moved into backup. for further analysis its better you raise a Support case and upload the Diagnostics package so that aligned Tse suggest next course of action.
