How to collect Diagnostics Package from Qlik Replicate

In order to investigate Task failure, It is necessary to collect Diagnostics Package from Qlik Replicate.

This article explains how to collect Diagnostics Package from Qlik Replicate.

 

Environment

  1. Login Qlik Replicate Console
  2. Open the problematic task.
  3. Switch to Monitor view.
  4. Click the Tools toolbar button and Select Support > Download Diagnostics Package.
  5. Depending on your browser settings, the following file will either be automatically downloaded to your designated download folder or you will be prompted to download it:

    File name:
    <task_name>__diagnostics__<timestamp>.zip

    Example:
    MyTask__diagnostics__20210615161333.zip

 

Please upload the collected Diagnostics Package in Support Case.
