In you scenario, and if you are using the Small Business Edition license of QlikView Server, you will need to have a domain with at least 15 Windows users (one user per license), since both Named and Document CALs are assigned to actual users already existing in your Active Directory. It's always a good idea to check this with your Microsoft partner or Sales rep so he can understand your needs clearly.
