Hi,

On my Access point I have a list of all QVWs.

Each document has a picture with a preview of what the documents first page looks like.

However, on one document there is no picture, its replaced with 'No Preview Available'

Does anyone know how to rectify this?

Need to make use that Thumbnail is enabled.
