Access point blank

Dear all

I have installed a QVS on the XYZ domain and user is BI on the server .

when i am accessing http://localhost/qlikview its working fine , but

when i am accessing http://10.32.43.x/qlikview every thing is coming blank

All the services are running fine ..

Please help me ASAP other wise i would be in a great trouble .
