AccessPoint No Server Error

When the user opens the access point browser, a red No Server Error appears and it does not work, so after rebooting the server, it works normally.

I'm trying to figure out the cause, but I'm checking the error log or eventViewer, but I'm not sure

Is there any way to check and understand in more detail?

Or can we find the cause during the capture?
