Yes there is a time limit on the trigger page

The time limit on the Trigger tab is "Run only between".

I have a task that runs every hour between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.  The problem is that sometimes the task which normally takes a few minutes to complete, will hang and never complete. I want to abort the task if it takes longer than 5 minutes (for example).
