Hi, I have a folder on QVS called Company_documents this then has sub folders Finance and Customer Services. I have mounted Finance & Customer services and made them browsable each folder has apps contained within, Company_Documents isn't browsable. In QMC I can see my QVW twice with different paths one for the mounted and the other for the parent folder - my question is .... which one do i apply the cals to? the mounted qvw or the qvw with the full path ?
If you have set Company_Documents as root folder, then there is no need to mount its subfolders, since they will be displayed and actually it may mislead the server. Once you have removed the mounted folders, you will keep seeing every QVW file under the root folder or folders within it.
Document CALs should be assigned once the folders had been set up properly.
