Can a DOCUMENT CAL be leased as a developer

Hi! All

Can a document cal be leased as a developer on other machine.

A user cal can be lease with no problem but i wanted to check for a DOCUMENT CAL.

Hi Rahul,
According to the ref. manual p. 217:

"The QlikView client must then make an authenticated log on (not
anonymous) and obtain a Named CAL."

So, no Document CAL.s does not allow you to lease a license.

I want to use machine cal on server register [MACHINE NAME]@[IP ADDRESS] OR simply [MACHINE NAME]@ .

please tell me why?

I use only qv 9 SR3 .. please help
