Can create bookmarks but they don't work

Hi,

i have a situation were a user can create a bookmark but when he tries to use them they don't work.

The version is QlikView 11 SR15.

The more strange is that i can create and i can use it.

Do your users use the qv plugin or Ajax?

If plugin, are you and the users on the same version plugin?

Now they do the time out for bookmarks. It's getting auto timed out.

You can retain it by changing some settings in ini file.

Also check if the bookmark is available in .shared file.
