Can't read initialization file

Hi, I'm upgrading Qlik 10 SR3 to SR4. I uninstalled the server and desktop, downloaded the new package and when I executed it sais "Can't read initialization file". Any ideas?

Hi,

I downloaded both Desktop and Server yesterday and installed without issues (x64). Maybe it's a corrupted download or different architecture (installing 64 bit in a 32 system or viceversa)? Did you try a different language file? You can change the interface and help language later on in the User Preferences in the Settings menu.
