Cluster 1: The server has no USER CAL to your account

Hi guys, We have two cluster setup.  All the QMC settings, User documents folder, and user CAL are  setup in QMC Server1. The issue is when we access QVP://sserver1, we can't open any dashboard as we are getting the No USER CAL error message. But we don't have this issue in QVP://Server2 Setup details: Services running Server1: QMS, QV server, Directory Service, Distribution Service, Qlikiview Settings Service Server2: QV Server, Directory Service, Distribution Service, Qlikiview Settings Service qvp://Server1: The server has no USER CAL to your account qvp://Server2: We can open all the dashboards Any idea about this issue? Cheers! Milan

same cal s should be available to your second server

as cluster license is single which applies to both servers.

there is something wrong

try cleatring cals at your second server from qmc. we could remove users who have used before 24 hours from now

Make sure you have right cluster license installed on both servers
