Clustered Server: Users not moving to second Server

Hello,

I had a server enviroment set up a while ago by a consultant, everything looked ok and the Qlikviews run fine but I have never seen that traffic is even going to the other node in the cluster. Like this morning with 45 conncurrent users it seems that none of them are moved over to the second node in the cluster.

How can I check if the second node is even being used? Can I check the history of a single sever in the

If it isn't how can I fix this issue? I want the load of users to be distributed to both servers not just one.

restart ur server which not taking the request.

and check weither both server setting are equal using QMC  and QMEC.

settings needs to be same
