Current Selections and Language in IEPlugin

The ieplugin options, selections and change current language, do not open when you click. Not with the shortcut keys as well.

've Tried everything. I have already installed and uninstalled the plugin several times. I tried to find in regedit, if there is any key that allows me to make any changes.

Any ideas?

I need it with some urgency.

OS Windows Vista 64bit, IE plugin last version.

An alternative I've found so far was to leave at the lowest level security settings of Internet Explorer.

Other solutions are also welcome, because they do not know if issues of security solution can definitely be applied.
