Customers setup Directory Service and users from the following.

QMC: System > Setup > Directory Service Connectors

When customers access QlikViewServer with the user(i.e. user is assigned a valid DocumentCAL) that is not included in the above users list, the following warning message is appeared in Window event log.

ResolveGroups: User <domainname>\user not found in domain <domainname>
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I think that this message is resulted since they setup the DSC custom users group and so this message is appeared when DSC try to search the user inside the custom users group and not found. If the user is added in the custom users group, this issue may be resolved.
I would like to know that this [ResolveGroups:] warning message is occured only in this case?
Is there any case that this warning message might be occured?

There are other cases also, Your DSC can be configured with various sources (Configurable ODBC, AD, LDAP, Custom directory, etc)
So this error will occur if the user is not at all present in any such available configurations in your environment.
