Data loading time double

Hi,

We have issue while running the jobs in Publisher, it had taken data loading double time and recently we had upgraded the oracle 9i to oracle 11g, while using oracle9i it had loaded exact time but after upgraded oracle 11g it has taken double time.

Below Environment we are using.

Publisher Version: 8 and Database: Oracle11g

If anybody knows please suggest to me.
