Details of User Defined Bookmarks

I was wondering if anyone knew a way to get the details behind user defined bookmarks?  We are evaluating app usage and much much fields are used in apps.  We are able to use the audit details of the uses session to see that they selected a bookmark (and we see the bookmark ID), but what we can't tell is what fields are selected when that bookmark is clicked.

Does anyone know if a way to get details of the selections inside a user defined bookmark?

Hi @tberman333,

Do you have Extensive Audit logging enabled in QMC > System > Setup > QlikView Servers > QVS@ > Logging tab

Enable Audit Logging

To enable the logging of user selections, clear selections, sheet activation, the application of bookmarks, report access, and the maximization of objects, tick this check box. The stored file will be named as described in Log Folder.

Log Folder

To enable the logging to include more details (for example, all selections that come with a bookmark), tick this check box:

• Enable Extensive Audit Logging

Thank you @Chip_Matejowsky !  We do have those enabled.  When we look at logs, if there is bookmark action, the next one always is a selection.  Based on what you are saying, I am assuming the "selection" action following the bookmark shows what fields the user has filtered by in their bookmark.  Is that correct?

In my test environment AccessPoint, I created a bookmark on the Movies Database.qvw sample app, selecting directors Akira Kurosawa, Sydney Pollack, & Peter Bogdanovich. You can see the below information displayed in the Extensive Audit log contains all of the selections within the bookmark:
