First, I must urge you to upgrade, 12.0 is and we know that it is not the best version to use, it is also out of support.

The following was raised by our IT team stating the SSL v2 & SSL v3 has some vulnerability during the security check and they want to disable it. I want to know if there will be any impact on Qlikview functionality. if this protocol is disabled.

Starting with 12.0SR1 QlikView supports TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.1, SSL 2 so SSL3 is not necessary. I suggest that you show your IT the article I shared.
You also have to make sure that you are on at lease SR1 of version 12.0
