Document CAL Tab is not appearing for Few documents

Hi,

I'm trying to assign the document CAL's for few users in QMC. But in Documents--> User Documents if i click on the application (QVW), Document CALs tab is not appearing like below.

But for the other document, Document CALs tab is appearing like above.Is it a configuration issue?

Hmm.

I found what's the issue is,

There was no Document CALs available. So i release some of the unwanted document cals and Clicked "Update License From Server"
