Document CAL enablement for all QVW file

I have 10 Document CAL license and 10 Named CAL license.

I have one QVW file where  I see we have a tab called Document CAL’s under user Document but for rest of QVW file I could not see this tab.

How can I enable this tab for rest of the QVW file.
