Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.
What version of QlikView are you on?
as was stated we are on Client Build Number: 11.0.11149.0
Support case response came as:
Your recent support case as described below has now been confirmed by our Issue Analysis team as a bug, ID 46252.
That is correct and the version you are on was the first IR of version 11. If you can want to upgrade I would hold out till SR2 comes out. However, I don't have a date for that.

Hi Sue
Did QV 11 SR2 upgrade address this issue as I am experiencing the same problem. I have QV 11 SR1 installed on our Servers. Thanks very much.
Kind Regards
Eamonn
We are currently on version 11.0.11414.0. It has happened again a few times; however, not as much as it was before (daily).
Would not call it resolved by SR2.
Hi Sue
Thanks for that. I was wondering if you could let me know if you ever overcome this issue.
Kind Regards
Eamonn
Do you have any solutions for this?
I am getting trouble on this for months......
By the way, I am not in QV 11. I m using QV10 SR4....but at least 3 apps are under the same issue
This issue was resolved when I installed Qlikview 11 SR2 onto our Server.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
Eamonn
